Center's staff expands

Nadya Drozhzhyna who had been working for the Center on a part-time basis is now full staff member. Nadya studied at the Polytechnical University in Lviv where she earned a specialist degree in documentation and information technology. Her responsibilities at the Center are office management, bookkeeping, interpreting, maintenance of the Center’s property, and control of the renovation process.

Meanwhile Khrystyna Chushak was appointed Academic Coordinator. She is in charge of organizing the Center's academic events, maintaining the scholarship program, attending to the library, and coordinating the website performance in cooperation with the Center's programmer, Lyubomyr Oliynyk.

SerhiyFuthermore, Serhiy Tereshchenko joined the staff as technical assistant in the Center's internet projects, "Urban Image Database" and "Lviv Interactive". He will also act as an advisor in archival and library research for visiting scholars to the Center. Serhiy has an MA in history from Ivan Franko National University and is currently attending the university's MA program in sociology.
