We offer accommodation in two cozy guest apartments, which are located in a renovated house in the central part of the city. The historical value of the house and its adaptation to modern use creates a special atmosphere of stay in it. All windows of the apartments overlook the green courtyard of the house, which also contributes to the comfortable rest of our guests.

Guest rooms or apartments can be the perfect place to stay for one person or for a small business or family (up to 10 guests in total). The premises have all the necessary and modern facilities for the comfortable stay of city guests, scholars and scholars.

Types of apartments

Guest apartment is located on the second floor with the entrance from the main staircase. The apartment has three separated guest rooms, each accommodating one or two people. Kitchen, bathroom and restroom, balcony are in shared area for guests who are staying in this apartment.

Attic apartment is a light-filled and spacious two-room apartment with separate access from the building’s central courtyard. The apartment’s modern and convenient layout will assure your stay is a comfortable one. It boasts a spacious living room/study joined by the kitchen/dining area. Windows and balcony look out onto the green space of our interior courtyard.

Free WiFi access is available throughout the building and in all guest rooms.

  • Cookware (cups, plates, pan, etc)
  • Hair-dryer, iron, ironing board
  • Bedding and towels

  • Television with satellite channels (only available in attic apartment)
  • Free WiFi access
