The speakers, Joe Nathanson and Neil Curran were representing the consulting company Urban Information Associates, Inc. (Baltimore, MD, USA).

Urban Information Associates (UIA) is a consulting organization with an office in Baltimore, MD, founded by Joseph Nathanson. The company comprises a network of urban planning and public/economic project implementation professionals from the Baltimore-Washington area. UIA works with city and regional administrations, public organizations, as well as housing services providers in the following spheres:

  • Local economic and community development:
  • Community and needs research;
  • Regional development strategy.

The presentation was in English with simultaneous interpretation. A discussion followed.
