We invite you to join the seminar on worker portraiture in the postwar decades on the both sides of the "iron curtain", its archiving and public engagement. Focused on heritage of photographers Mykola Bilokon (Pokrovsk, Ukraine) and Franki Raffles (UK), the seminar offers opportunities for cooperation between artists, researchers, and museum practitioners.

  • Tetiana Kostiuchenko – deputy director of the Pokrovsk Historical Museum; 
  • Dr. Iryna Sklokina –historian, researcher at the Center for Urban History;
  • Dr. Catherine Spencer – art historian, senior lecturer at the University of St. Andrews.
