Roksolyana Holovata Defended Her Dissertation

In May 2025, Roksolyana Holovata, a historian and head of the online platform "Lviv Interactive", received her PhD in Art History.

Roksolyana received her degree from the Institute of Art History at the University of Wrocław in May 2025. Her dissertation research was devoted to “The Impact of Socio-Cultural Changes on the Development of the Southern Part of the Halych Suburb in Lviv in the Late 18th and Early 20th Century”. The work was written under the supervision of Rafał Eysymontt, PhD, professor at the University of Wroclaw, and Mariana Dolynska, PhD, professor at the Ukrainian Catholic University.

During 2018-2022, the researcher studied simultaneously at the Ukrainian Catholic University's graduate program in history and at the University of Wrocław's doctoral program in art history.
