March 27–30, 2019, International Meeting Place Krzyżowa/Poland
This year’s meeting is dealing with “Forgotten History”: We will have a look at historical places, names and events that are not yet part of our collective memory. Together with colleagues from different European countries, we will discuss, how our societies deal with “forgotten history” and present a broad variety of projects that try to remember such events, names and places.
Each year we invite professionals from memorial sites, museums, NGOs, educational institutions and human rights organizations to discuss common problems and learn from each other. The invitation is open for all personalities and institutions dealing with the history of national-socialism, the Shoah, the Stalinism period or communist dictatorships. We would like to offer you an opportunity for an inter-European exchange in a network of colleagues from all over the continent.
