Graduate from Ivan Franko National University in Lviv and Museum Studies Program at George Washington University. He did post-graduate studies at the State Nature Sciences Museum of the NASU, and had worked there until 2013. 2013 – 2016 – worked at the Museum of Folk Architecture and Rural Life in Lviv. 2016 – present – coordinator of exhibition projects at the Center for Urban History.
He was involved into implementation of projects within the Dynamic Museum initiative, the culture exchange program Tandem Ukraine, Voices of Museum Visitors. He also coordinated the projects under the UNESCO Program for Revitalization of the Museum of Folk Architecture and Rural Life and the collection, as well as the complementary project supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway and the Office for Cultural Heritage Riksantikvaren. Yevhen also was running a lecture course in Museum Communication at the Lviv Polytechnic National University.
