CfA: MEET UP! German-Ukrainian youth encounters 2020
The aim of the programme is to intensify relations with Ukraine and to strengthen the active commitment of young people from Germany and Ukraine to fundamental democratic values and understanding between peoples. Existing German - Ukrainian youth partnerships and new initiatives will be eligible for support. It will also be possible to include Russian participants.

The programme supports psupport projects encouraging young people to bring about changes in their respective
environments. They could therefore explore political, historical topics or initiate environmental, climate or sustainable joint projects. Media, music or other creative formats, such as theatre projects, websites or networking meetings are another option. Encounters of young artists, athletes, IT- and STEM-specialists or other occupational groups may also be supported.

The Foundation EVZ provides funding for German-Ukrainian and German-Ukrainian-Russian youth encounters for young people between 16 and 35 years.
Applications for funding must be submitted to the Foundation EVZ no later than 03.11.2019.
The projects can commence on 01.02.2020 at the earliest and must be concluded by 31.12.2020.

Ideas from German-Ukrainian tandems can be submitted from all areas that move young people in Europe and strengthen German-Ukrainian cooperation.
